When Australia Post partnered with jobs-focused social enterprises Civik People, White Box Enterprises and Thrive Refugee Enterprises to create sustainable workplace pathways for women from migrant and refugee backgrounds, they needed a way to demonstrate how powerful this ripple effect of financial empowerment can be for generations to come.
Weld delivered an end-to-end strategy, centred around a cinematic 16:9 format that was designed to interrupt vertical-scrolling habits and create a genuine moment of emotional connection. The content package was designed to remain relevant across multiple milestones throughout the year, including Mother’s Day and Refugee Week.
